When you submit an enquiry we collect your first name, last name, email address, business name, the service you are interested in, and any information included in your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services we have agreed to provide. We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Enquiry data is stored securely within a third-party CRM platform used exclusively by Saturday Solutions to manage client communications. That platform meets UK GDPR data processing requirements. Access is restricted to Daniel and Thomas only.
We retain your data for as long as a business relationship exists or is reasonably anticipated, or for up to 2 years from the date of your last contact with us, whichever is longer. You can request deletion at any time.
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies: one to remember your cookie consent choice, and one to support the enquiry form. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used. Rejecting cookies does not affect how the site works.
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests and, where applicable, contract. You may withdraw from any communication at any time by emailing us.

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by Saturday Solutions Ltd. By submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

We currently provide website design and build services, including the integration of enquiry forms, for small businesses. Every website we build is created specifically for your business, your services, and your customers. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project will be agreed in writing before any work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract until that written agreement is in place.
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract between you and Saturday Solutions. It is an expression of interest only. A contract is formed only when both parties have agreed the scope of work and price in writing.
Before any design or build work begins, we require a startup fee as a percentage of the total project cost. This fee is non-refundable once work has started. The remaining balance is due before the website goes live. All fees will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Where payment is not received by the agreed date, we reserve the right to pause or suspend work until payment is made.
Once your website is live, a monthly fee applies to cover the ongoing costs of keeping your website running. This covers your domain name, website hosting, and SSL certificate. The exact monthly figure will be confirmed in your project agreement and will not change without 30 days written notice. Payment can be made monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. You are always in control and there are no automatic renewals without your prior agreement.
We build and host your website on your behalf. The website remains hosted and managed by Saturday Solutions for the duration of the agreement. We do not transfer ownership of the website or its underlying code to you. Your business content, logo, copy, and data remain yours at all times. Minor amendments and small content changes are included as part of the ongoing service. Significant changes, additional pages, or new features beyond the original agreed scope will be quoted and charged at an additional fee.
We will always aim to deliver your website within the timeline agreed at the start of the project. Timelines may be affected by delays in receiving content, feedback, or approvals from you. Saturday Solutions will not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
You agree to provide accurate content, images, and information when requested, respond to review requests within 5 working days to avoid delays, ensure all content provided is owned by you or licensed for use, and make payments on time as agreed. We are not liable for any copyright issues arising from content supplied by you.
A set number of revision rounds are included with every build - this will be confirmed in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond those included are available at an agreed fee. Revisions mean refining what exists within the agreed scope. Adding entirely new pages, sections, or features is treated as additional work and will be quoted separately.
Either party may cancel the agreement by giving 30 days written notice. Cancellation must be made by email - verbal cancellations are not accepted. If you cancel before work has begun, your startup fee will be refunded in full. If you cancel after work has started, the startup fee is retained. If you cancel monthly running costs mid-period on a prepaid plan, no refund applies for the remaining prepaid period and your website will remain live until the end of that period. Upon cancellation of the running cost agreement, your website will be taken offline at the end of the notice or paid period.
If a monthly running cost payment is not received, we will send a reminder at 7 days overdue with no service disruption. At 14 days overdue we may temporarily take your website offline. At 30 days overdue the account may be referred for recovery and your domain and hosting may be released. We will always communicate with you before taking any action. If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact us and we will work to find a solution.
Saturday Solutions will deliver services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for downtime or issues caused by third-party platforms, loss of business or revenue arising from website downtime beyond our control, or changes to search engine algorithms affecting your rankings. Our total liability in connection with any project will not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@saturdaysolutions.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
